We are a family business that through our ‘hands on’ approach have grown into a strong regional company, we have no ambitions to go national, we strongly believe in providing a personal local service. That’s why our service and systems are designed to work the way you work, be it fax, phone, post, email, online or any combination you require. We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide to our clients.

We supply our Advantage HIPs and also provide branded HIPs to Estate Agents, Solicitors, IFAs and other property professionals, also our ‘hands-on’ approach removes all uncertainties when we supply HIPs direct to the public.

We are people who have decades of experience as property professionals, that care about the property industry and with our staff have worked hard to build a successful business which operates at high level and with a large customer basis.

The Future?

We are fully supportive of the HIP and of the wish to see this evolve with time. But we are not a company that intends to stand still, we are also committed to invest in other products and have products now aimed at the commercial market and also the landlord and tenant market.

We will also be promoting the LIP – Legal Information Pack as we see the HIP evolving into a ready to exchange pack and our platform will soon have the facility to offer these additional legal documents. Hip Code
