Please remember it is illegal for any marketing of your property to begin until all the 'required' information is available for the HIP, our service ensures your property can get to market as soon as possible.

The directors of Advantage HIPs have decades of experience as property professionals in supplying services to the general public. We will not only supply a HIP but our trained staff are available at any point of your transaction to answer any technical questions.

From April 6th 2009, the Government included the Property Information Questionnaire as a mandatory document within the HIP. This form needs to be completed by you as the seller and asks questions about the history of the property as well as lease details if your property is leasehold.At Advantage HIPs we discuss the form with you over the phone by a recorded call so we can talk through any questions you may be unsure of and upload the completed form immediately into the HIP.

We also fully employ a team of Energy Assessors to produce the Energy Performance Certifcate, this gives you the peace of mind of knowing who will be visiting your home. Our Energy Assessors are trained on how to conduct themselves while in properties and at the same time can produce a floor plan of your property which can be used for marketing purposes – this is at no extra cost.

When you order a Home Information Pack from ourselves, we take away any hassles or uncertainties. If required we will deal direct with your solicitor and/or estate agent. If you change agents we will carry out the supplying of the HIP to them for you, all this is part of our service and we are on hand up to the point you sell your home.
