When you order a Home Information Pack from ourselves, we take away any hassles or uncertainties, if required we will deal direct with your solicitor and/or estate agent. If you change agents we will carry out the supplying of the HIP to them for you, all this is part of our service to you and we are on hand up to the point you sell your home.
