New Build Platform

We can facilitate HIPs for developers and builders using our dedicated New build platform. Our software is able to produce HIPs for multiple plots.

There are two types of service on offer:

The documents required to populate the HIPs are made available to our new build team, and they will scan/ upload and produce the HIPS for you to pass to your client.

Alternatively we can obtain the information from your client’s solicitors/architects and then upload and produce the HIPs.
